I'm sure it tasted oh so sweet ;but it was never good enough for me. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Abrianna took a deep breath as she entered the hallways of Halbrook bright and early. A smirk crawled across her face as she looked over the empty halls. It was the first day back to school for the students and she couldn't wait. She had been looking forward to this day since the last day of school. She was technically a senior, she never went to class though. Her sire said she should go to classes, but she didn't. It was a joke anyway. She was spoiled and passed with flying colors anyway. She had technically graduated two years ago, even though she looked like she was still only seventeen. She was still stuck here though. But it didn’t really matter.
She couldn't wait for the students to start arriving. Everyone but the freshmen knew her or knew of her. Some fear her, some hate her, a few love her; she could care less though. Abby didn't care what others thought of her. She did what she wanted when she wanted. The only thing she knew all the students were grateful for with her was that she never drank from someone without permission. The only exception to that rule was when her sire made her punish a student, and even that was extremely rare. She had only had to do that once in the three years she had been a vampire.
Abby was proud of herself for that trait she possessed. It was simply because she had a weakness for sweet smelling blood and it took a lot for her to keep herself from drinking from someone who didn't want her too. Her brother had helped her with it a few times before as well. Even though her and her twin were opposite in so many ways, she was happy he was around. She loved her twin brother more than anything even if he did push her buttons and they didn't always agree. He was her other half. She knew she'd be lost without him.
The brunette stalked down the halls as students started filtering in. She leaned up against a wall and watched. She spotted a few familiar faces, but most of them averted her gaze. It only made her smirk more. As a newer student passed, she caught his smell and she felt her blue green eyes darken noticeably. She sucked in her breath lightly, feeling her mouth water only slightly. These new students smelled so good, just like candy. She was going to have to work extra hard this year.

outfit
This campus had an it girl, that was for sure, but rather he was the exact opposite. The it boy. The girls followed his trends just as much as an it girls trends would be followed.
His outfit was as extravagant as ever, and it all started with a pair of purple strappy sandals, which were still in season, and would be until the snow started falling. His white hair was pulled back out of one of his eyes, showing the sharp work done with black eyeliner, outlining his one eye, that was the only one showing. His designer t shirt was hidden by the cape that models, and anyone who was into high fashion wore. His short shorts barely showed beneath the cape, which his arms hung out of the bottom of. They both had a spiked bangle on them, one black, one red, a heart pendant hanging from each one. His skin was slightly pale, but it always was, because it just made his white hair show more. Around his neck was a silver necklace, that ended with a silver pendant, and in his hand was a clutch, embellished with gold, painted to say love, the O being replaced by a heart.
Gentle clicking noises came from his shoes as he walked down the hall, gently smirking as he saw her. He was firmly not afraid of her, despite how afraid some were, and knew that she wouldn't dare go towards his neck. He was putting on a show for the vampires, leaving his human scent everywhere he went, leaving his hair down, his pale flesh exposed. One time a vampire had thought it smart to come after Uruka...
Needless to say, years of martial arts training had paid off, and there was a dent in the wall where the opposing force had been flipped into after touching Uruka.
It was a little warning from him to those who haunted these halls.

I'm sure it tasted oh so sweet ;but it was never good enough for me. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Abrianna walked into her closet that was almost just as big as her room and searched for something to wear. She had so many clothes and shoes it was ridiculous, but her sire raked in the money from the school and she benefited from it greatly. She was very spoiled, and she didn't deny it. Her sire had provided her with one of the single dorms. The only difference was she had an extra bathroom and an extra room. She used the extra room as a closet, though. She had clothes hanging everywhere, shoes lined a whole wall, and shelves full of pants and shorts and accessories. She was constantly shopping and buying more, too. She never had enough.
And yet, she still had a hard time picking out something to wear for the first day. After an hour of searching, she picked out a pair of skinny jeans, a black V-neck and heels. She left her hair down and straight with slight curls near the bottom. Ab put on her makeup, checked herself in the mirror once more and then left for her car. She had a brand new cherry red mustang. It was her baby. She climbed in and headed off to school. She could easily walk down to the school, but then she would have to walk back. She wasn’t sure how sunny it was going to be today and even though she could be in the direct sun for a couple hours, it still irritated her slightly. Plus, this way she could show off her car.
She reached the school and parked in her usual spot. She stepped out of the car and headed for the school. Not many people were there yet, so she didn't get that many looks. She knew they were coming though, and she couldn't wait. She walked the halls and had to suck in her breath to calm herself. She had good self control, but it seemed the humans smelled better and better every year, especially the cute ones. She was really going to work hard this year to keep her cool.
Abby leaned against a wall in one of the main hallways and simply watched. Seeing as she didn’t have to breathe, she held in her breath. It was slightly annoying as she had grown used to and comfortable with the feeling. But today she decided that it would be a better idea to not breathe because of all the new students. Her eyes shifted gaze when she heard a soft clicking noise coming from behind her. Her smirk stayed as she caught the face of the young familiar sophomore. She remembered him from last year when he had succeeded in flipping a vampire into a wall.
Of course, it only drew more attention to him. Abrianna couldn’t help herself and she pushed herself off the wall easily and walked over to him, smirk still present. “Still setting the trends I see, Uruka.” Not only did some girls try to follow his dress, but after he had flipped a vampire, there were countless students trying to do it as well. Of course not many others succeeded in doing anything other than only further aggravating the vampires. The boy had spunk, Abrianna would not deny that. “Do tell,” She purred in her normal tone, “What’s next?”

outfit " Sweetie. You know better than to ask. And I'd stay away from my neck unless you want to end up worse than your little friend. At least he was ugly before he hit the wall."
You could never tell if he was being sarcastic or not, but you could always tell when he was bitchy, since it was a rare occurence for him not to be.
" But I'll give you a little hint. It won't ever be what you're wearing today."
Some would call him brave, others stupid, but he had to finish his thought.
" Who do you think you are, Drew Barrymore in Charlie's Angels?"
He hadn't been able to help himself, there was so much drab black floating around this school it hurt. Damn vampires downing his happy vibes.
It was then that his clutch began vibrating, and he pulled out his blackberry, blatantly ignoring her while he responded to a text. He was amazing at ignoring people, being rude while doing so. With a smirk on his face he then looked back up to her, practically sparkling as he stood there. He slipped the phone back into his clutch, a few make up bottles rattling around as he did so.
He smelled faintly of roses, real roses, not the fake kind that were marketed nowadays.

I'm sure it tasted oh so sweet ;but it was never good enough for me. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Abrianna had had a couple run ins here and there with the sophomore and she almost always got the same bitchy rude remarks. He had guts and a lot of them. Not many students stuck up to Abby and those who did learned their lessons quickly. She had a bit of an anger problem sometimes. Sometimes she was quick to anger and others it took a while. It all depended on her mood. And who she was dealing with. Uruka, she could deal with though, despite his comments and remarks. One day, he would learn.
Abby simply kept smirking with every comment he spat out at her. He thought he was so clever. Her eyes did darken slightly as she wished she was allowed to rip the boy to shreds. She knew it wasn’t a smart idea though. She wasn’t scared of him, that wasn’t the problem. But they were specifically told not to kill any students. That would cause too much of a mess and a problem. They didn’t need the police and parents to get involved with the school. If someone was killed, it would only cause unwanted attention.
“Now, I realize that you are not scared of me,” Abrianna purred. “But I am not scared of you either. So, you just keep on running around and setting your ‘trends’ and thinking you’re something special.” She shrugged lightly. “Whatever helps you sleep at night.” Her smirk grew slightly. She wouldn’t admit it, but she had a hidden admiration for the boy. He knew how to handle people and had a way with words. She was sure he’d make a good addition to the vampires but she was also sure he’d never go for it. His lose anyway.
She let out a breath without thinking and breathed in as well. Her eyes darkened again as she took in the smell of everyone around her. She tilted her head to the side slightly, hoping that he didn’t notice the change. She needed to get somewhere and feed. Not from a student obviously, but she did bring an extra bag of blood in her car. She figured she would need it on the first day and she was right. “Don’t you have you have a class you should be getting to?”

He didn't hate her really, but he just had too much fun wrapping her around his finger, since he knew she wasn't allowed to retaliate.
" One of us has to be a trend setter, and since you obviously never will, I took it upon myself."
He was in ecstasy at the moment, since messing with people was like his own little version of blood. It was just.. fun..
" Oh sweetie." He crooned, as he ran a finger down her shoulder.
" There's no reason for you to get all aggressive. Besides, you can't talk about classes. Since you don't go to yours. Learn to practice what you preach dearie."
He then ignored her yet again, playing with his phone as he turned the other way, knowing she wouldn't let the last comment slide, and he knew turning around would piss her off even more. He would rearrange her face if she tried anything, and it wouldn't be nice looking at the end. The gentle clicking of his heels was the only noise to be heard
